Well, Marker Beam is not for fighting. But it does help to protect yourself: it is so small and nice, it can comfortably and handily be fastened to the BC or be stowed in the smallest pocket. Marker Beam is ideal to mark the anchor, entry or exit site, or your buddy during a night dive. It can also be used as a distress signal. You can always rely on this midget torch, for it burns for up to 50 hours. Just three LR 44 button cell batteries suffice to power this LED torch. Sturdy materials guarantee a long life, the body being made of solid, chromium-plated brass. The torch body is doubly secured against leakage by two o-ring seals, and it was tested pressure-proof to a depth of up to 100 meters (330 ft.).
